Decided to re-paint my old work. The background in the older piece was so horrible my eyes burned when i just looked at it but the dragon and gryphon are looking fine, me thinks. Messed around with layers and colors and stuff and i think it looks at least better now. ------------------------- Edit: geez, i'm tired as hell. So, here's something i finished yesterday. I've been working on this one harder than i normally do with my pieces. I'm not really happy how it turned out, it looked better in my head. And i definitely need to practise backgrounds more o__o But i'm extremely satisfied how the dragon's mane turned out : ) Gotta go now... ------------------------- Now I'm just throwing this here quickly. I really really need to go to sleep: only 5 hours until i have to kick myself up again D: Shit. Photoshop CS2 [later CS3] |

Both of these guys are great. The perfect feathers of the gryphon (right?), flowing mane and tail of the dragon, not to mention all of the smaller details of each, like the neat tail of the gryphon and the horns of the dragon (which are completely badass by the way).
Really, your art inspires me.
