hmm... i'm not satisfied the way this pic turned out. Somehow i hate the colors and the background sucks (as always xD). Hmm... but i think a gryphon itself turned out nicely, i like his wings

Maybe you should increase the sky detail
or add more dark color / blue color to purple to the sky
It will make the sky look more real in sunset

I'm completely unhelpful and have no real critique to give. I think it's beautiful.
Perhaps, as CanineGirl said, you could add a little more detail to the sky? Except then it wouldn't have the same affect .. soo... I'm just going to go to bed and stop just ranting.

The gryphon looks very nice. I love its fierce look.
And the wall its laying on is very unique. The dragon head spitting water is a nice touch.
